Holly Jonas & Ari Horton’s Danger
Let’s start off with Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) and Ari Horton (Marissa Reyes). The two high school graduates were supposed to meet Tate at the lake.
When the girls didn’t show up, Tate felt that something was wrong. Of course, he went back to town to find them.
Meanwhile, Holly and Ari have been taken hostage by Doug’s loan shark. The two girls will be in grave danger if Doug doesn’t come through.

In a preview clip, Holly asks what happens if Doug doesn’t come up with the money. That is when the villain brings a knife up to Holly’s flawless face.
Doug Williams III’s Brawl
Fans know that Doug tried to make a deal with the loan shark. Doug promised that he would get the loan shark a necklace that was worth way more than what he owed. He was given a deadline, but that will force Doug to commit another crime.
Right now, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) has the Horton heirloom necklace and refuses to give it back to Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes). So, just how does Doug plan on making this happen?
Gabi Hernandez Panics
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Thursday, July 17 reveal that Gabi will find out that Ari never arrived at the lake. Of course, she will be in a panic.
Interestingly enough, Gabi helped out Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) with his daughter. So, this will be a chance for Xander to repay the favor to Gabi.

Fans will also see Sophia come up with a story to her mother. I can’t believe that Amy would be dumb enough to believe Sophia’s story.
However, Amy also knows that if she questions Sophia too much, then she’ll explode and clam up. I wonder if Amy will find out that something doesn’t make sense about Sophia’s labor story.
Plus, Belle Black (Martha Madison) and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) begin jury selection. What kind of complications will this storyline have?
