Marlena Evans Gets Served
Let’s start off with Marlena, who helped EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) with hypnotism. It was a long shot, but EJ was willing to do anything to clear Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman).
While EJ didn’t remember who shot him, he knows it was now a female. Marlena did ask if it would be admissible. So, she shouldn’t be too surprised when EJ delivers a subpoena.
It’s the only way that Marlena can tell the court what happened during that session.

Ari Horton’s Discovery
Over with Sophia, her guilt is eating her up inside. However, Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) always seems to have a solution for every complication.
Even if that includes driving all the way from Salem to Chicago to check a post office box. Now Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) wants to reconnect with her daughter.
However, Sophia just keeps pushing everyone away. Next, Sophia will confide in Ari. Could the young woman tell Ari the truth about Tesoro?
Belle Black’s Legal Advice
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, August 13 reveal that Tate is distraught over not being able to see his baby just one time. Tate and Holly go to get some legal advice from Belle.
While Belle is busy with Johnny’s trial right now, she could tell them what to do next. A few weeks ago, Sophia said it was an open adoption. However, the parents denied Tate’s request to see the baby.
So, maybe that will be a clue that nothing is as Sophia claims?

Over with Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord), she’ll be feeling a lot better. However, now Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will fall ill to the nasty virus.
Cat will have the opportunity to repay the favor to Chad. I wonder if during a fever, he will kiss Cat just as she did during her fever spike. Chad covered and claimed she must have been dreaming. So, what happens if Chad does the same thing?
