The RHOBH cast member reportedly filed for divorce from Paul "PK" Kemsley after first separating in May 2024.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Dorit Kemsley has officially filed for divorce from Paul "PK" Kemsley, about a year after they first separated.
Page Six, TMZ, and People reported the news of their divorce on Friday, April 25. The divorce filing comes around 12 months after Dorit first confirmed her separation from PK in a shared statement in May 2024.
"We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage. We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together,” they said in the (since-deleted) post at the time. “To safeguard our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children we have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children. We appreciate your love and support while we continue to do the work necessary throughout this journey."
The couple married in March 2015. They are parents to two kids together, Jagger and Phoenix.
Inside Dorit Kemsley and Paul "PK" Kemsley's separation

Since Dorit and PK first confirmed their plans to divorce in May 2024, they have been open about navigating their separation. In fact, throughout the most recent Season 14 of RHOBH, Dorit was candid about the ups and downs she experienced in her relationship with PK.
"There was no catastrophic event, no one cheated on anyone. A week ago, there was a moment and it was over nothing. One thing led to another and we sat down like two very mature adults who love and care about one another and mutually decided that taking some space and separating is the best thing for us," Dorit explained during Season 14 of RHOBH.
However, as she explained in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show, Dorit was grappling with many emotions amid their separation. "I feel that I have come a long way since the beginning [of the separation],” Dorit said in the RHOBH After Show which aired during Season 14.
"I don't feel like I've reached a place where I know PK is not in my future," she added at the time. "At the same time, if he turned around to me tomorrow and said, ‘Dorit, I made a terrible mistake. I want to come back home. Let's have a go at this, we belong together, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.’ I don't think I could accept that. I'm gonna go a step further. I know I couldn’t."
How Dorit Kemsley and PK Kemsley co-parent their kids amid split
In the RHOBH After Show, Dorit detailed what it's been like for the pair to figure out how to co-parent their son, Jagger, and daughter, Phoenix, amid their split. “I feel like things are getting clearer and clearer and clearer. We're kind of going through things, finding our feet in how to navigate a separation publicly, raising and co-parenting our children," she said. "So, we haven't gone into that place where we're actually doing the work, and I don't know if we ever will.”
She also shared during the RHOBH Season 14 reunion (which filmed in late February 2025) that PK has custody of their kids on Saturday nights.

"He's my soul, he's my blood, he's my heart, and I hate that, because it makes it so much more difficult. But I also know I need peace," she shared. "As of a week ago, I've chosen not to have much of a relationship with him."
She added, "I'm hurt, I'm sad. I think I'm realizing more and more each day that what I really believed was going to be my future may not be, and I think that realization is really been hard."
