When photos came out of Mauricio Umansky kissing a woman at an airport in Mykonos, many of the diamond holders on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills were shocked — including Dorit Kemsley.
The moment stunned Mauricio's estranged wife, Kyle Richards, and Dorit felt like that it was a disrespectful move.
"Oh my God, it made me feel sick. Mau could exercise a little bit more discretion out of respect for his relationship with Kyle and his children," Dorit said on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show, which you can check out for yourself by watching the clip at the top of this post.
Though Mauricio and Kyle have been separated since the summer of 2023, Dorit felt that The Agency owner should know better since he's no stranger to being in the public eye.
"Yes, you are free to do what you like, but you know full well that it garners attention," she added.

Kyle herself also weighed in on the nature of the photos (which sparked her to remove the word "wife" from her Instagram bio).
"The idea that we're talking about these pictures of Mau that come up and these people that are fleeting is annoying. But, this is what happens when, you know, you're in this group and we're in the public eye," Kyle said on the RHOBH After Show. So, yes, these pictures came out, and no, I wasn't crying about it like some of the rumors had said I was. It's weird to see, of course it was. That was my husband, technically, I mean, still is. It's weird to see."
Mauricio Umansky apologizes over airport photos
In a preview for Season 14, Episode 15 of RHOBH, Mauricio and Kyle come face to face following the airport photo spectacle.
After making small talk about the trip for a few moments, Mauricio finally addresses the PDA-filled images.
"It was an awkward trip because it was the first time I ever [went] without, you know, the family," Mauricio says about his nearly month-long trip abroad. "I wanted to do that. And I wanted to be alone. And take advantage of, you know, seeing what that looks like. And just be — run around, and make decisions last minute."
He says that the photographs were not a calculated move on his part.
"Obviously, in Mykonos, I got photographed, you know, at the airport,” he continues to his estranged wife. "You know that I would never want to do anything on purpose that would hurt you or the kids. I really am sorry for hurting you. I would never want to hurt you on purpose."
