Drew Sidora Reveals Ralph Pittman Is "Coming After" Her Company: "Drain Me Dry"

RHOA's Drew Sidora says Ralph Pittman's latest divorce maneuver is "raising an eyebrow" about his finances.

Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman's "extremely messy" divorce just took another dramatic turn on The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16.

Following an "emergency meeting" with her divorce lawyer in Episode 11, Drew called her mother, Pastor Jeanette, to debrief her on the latest legal drama. As she told it, Ralph and his team were trying to get her attorney removed from the case because she "created another company" in the wake of Ralph allegedly "trying to come for" Drew Sidora, LLC, which she said she incorporated in 2005 — nearly a decade before they married.

A flashback to the previous week showed Drew's business manager telling her that Ralph was "trying to claim being rightful owner" to her company. As such, her estranged husband asked the court to award him 40 percent of both Drew Sidora, LLC, and the "new entity" her attorney created.

"He's now saying, 'Well, I want both of 'em,'" she told her mom. "And we're like, 'No, absolutely not.'"

Drew added in a confessional, "Ralph coming after my company truly caught me off guard because Ralph does very well. He works very hard. I don't know the details of Ralph's finances — we have separate accounts — but it’s definitely raising an eyebrow. I don't understand why he would want to drain me dry."

What expenses do Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman pay for?

According to Drew, who is mom to Josiah, Machai, and Aniya, she's "providing for the kids 100 percent."

Pastor Jeanette also chimed in to say that Ralph's "not even paying child support," nor is he giving Drew "a dime."

When the exes previously argued over an exterminator bill in Episode 6, however, Ralph claimed, "Drew doesn't have to pay any bills," adding, "I pay for everything."

Drew Sidora says she’s "at war" with Ralph Pittman amid their divorce

During a later in-person conversation with her mom, the "DeLuLu" singer also reflected on the fact her and Ralph's divorce had already been ongoing for two long years.

"Going through even the court process, it just gets lower and lower every year. It's like when you feel like we can't get any lower, then he hits rock bottom," Drew stated. "Let's be honest, Ralph and I are at war. Every time we go to court, it's a new fight. … If my attorney gets recused, I have to find a whole new lawyer. And, in actuality, it would kind of start over."

She added, "I just want it to come to an end."

How Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman's divorce is affecting their kids

Per a court order, Drew and Ralph continue to share the same family home, with him living in the basement area, while she occupies the "upper level." They're also barred from discussing the divorce with the children. Despite the animosity between the estranged spouses though, Drew felt that she and Ralph had actually "been better co-parents" while separated than they were as a married couple.

"No matter what happens with us, we still have to have a level of respect for each other because we still have to parent our children," she said elsewhere in the May 18 RHOA episode. "In the long run, it hurts our kids."

As her mom saw it, Ralph didn't "realize what he's doing to these children" with "the drama that he’s bringing" to Drew, though. She also cited the family's unusual living situation as "not helping" the kids' mental health.

"I feel the kids are out of control," Pastor Jeanette told Drew. "I spend most of my time all day yelling. No, stop doing this. You can't do that. They're not even listening to me anymore. When I can't control a kid, there is a problem."

In a confessional, Drew referred to her mom observing "a change" in her children as her "worst nightmare."

"They didn't ask for this, and I just feel like I'm failing them," she shared. "The vibes in the house are not good, and I feel like the kids can sense it. I'm working so hard to create some normalcy for them. It's just a really tough reality."
