“DWTS” pro Kym Herjavec took to her Instagram Stories on March 11, 2025, to surprise her followers with a bold new hairstyle.
“So, I just chopped all my hair off,” the 48-year-old revealed in a video. She let out a giggle before adding, “I’ve gone darker, and chopped it off. It looked great when the hairdresser did it. It was like, dead straight and really cool.
The ballroom beauty, who sported large curling waves in the clip, explained, “My hair’s naturally really curly, so I just blow-dried it, and this is what we’ve got!”
The star’s formerly flowing locks are now chin-length, creating a striking elegance.
The reality star tucked the new style under a hat to attend an Easter show with her 6-year-old twins, Hudson and Haven. “Easter show, Here we go!” she cheerily captioned an Instagram snap.
Kym Herjavec Spoke Out A Year Ago About How It Felt to Move On From Her Dancing Days
Herjavec, who hails from Sydney, first stepped onto the ballroom floor as a pro on the first three seasons of Australia’s “Dancing With the Stars,” before moving to the U.S. version where her tenure lasted 10 years.
In a March 8, 2024, Parade interview, Herjavec explained she chose to leave the show due to injury. The blonde beauty, who made her final appearance as a pro on season 24 in 2017, said, “My hamstrings are messed up and I wanted to leave when I did.”
Despite deciding to walk away, the two-time winner had nothing but good things to say about her time on the show. “‘Dancing With the Stars’ has been amazing to me,” she gushed in the Parade exclusive. She also thanked the program for letting her meet her husband, Robert, and making her two babies possible.
Kym Herjavec Teased New Project With Gilles Marini Last Month
On March 28, 2025, Herjavec hit social media to thrill fans with news of a special new project that involves her former “DWTS” costar. She revealed in a note on an Instagram Story that she was “making a movie,” and tagged director Marco Deufemia, who has several Christmas flicks under his belt.
Herjavec also posted a shot of herself posing with Marini. The “Switched at Birth” actor revealed the project was filming in Canada, and posted a snowy birthday video from the frosty country.
In an April 1 Facebook post, Herjavec referenced the project by writing “made a movie with friends @carsonkressley @gillesmarini” and said she “can’t wait to share more soon.”
