The reality star tells PEOPLE about her new offering and what's in store for her this spring
Melissa Gorga is springing into spring — with sprinkles!
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is living the sweet life after launching Let’s Sprinkle by MG in December 2024. Starting with Sprinkle Cookies inspired by the iconic feud the dessert inspired with sister-in-law Teresa Giudice, the business brought in $500,000 in revenue in under three months, with Bravo fans clamoring to finally have a taste of the drama that took center stage during the show's third season.
Now, Gorga's ready to put a new item on display: a Sprinkle Coffee Cake!
"I was so overwhelmed, but also overjoyed with how the response was to the sprinkle cookies," Gorga tells PEOPLE. "Everyone went so crazy, so we knew we wanted to do something more."
To expand, Gorga collaborated with the business' baker on potential new offerings, the cake quickly winning out. "We came up with the most amazing sprinkle coffee cake," she says. "It's just so soft and so moist. It's super rich, and it's the batter is filled with colorful sprinkles. It's just a fun, delicious, cake, and it has a buttery streusel crumb on top. And there's like a hint of vanilla in there, too. It's really so delicious."

In developing the recipe, Gorga had her favorite people taste-test it — her family.
"I have it here at my house, and we just cut away at it every time we have a cup of coffee at night," says Gorga, who shares daughter Antonia, 19, and sons Gino, 17, and Joey, 14 with husband Joe."When we walk a little snack, we just keep cutting a little bit off."
"I'm going to turn into a Sprinkle, because I can't stop," she laughs.
Adds Gorga: "The reason I developed this company is it truly is my favorite type of dessert and cookie. It's really what I love, so it's dangerous to have this all over my house all the time."

Gorga and Giudice's "sprinkle cookies" debate is one of the most iconic battles in RHONJ history. For years, fans have quoted the scene in which Giudice rejected Gorga's gift, declaring "She brought me sprinkle cookies, I threw them in the garbage!"
Of course, having been on reality TV for well over a decade, Gorga is no stranger to seeing things she's done on TV go viral online. She's gotten used to getting memes of herself sent to her by friends and family.
"People always laugh about these moments," she shares. "They send me memes, like when I threw the keys up in the air. It always comes back to me somehow. A lot of the stuff that happened in the beginning, is always the stuff that kind of circles back."
"I feel like the the most recent thing is definitely the lip gloss moment at the reunion," she says. "I couldn't believe how many like people put that on sweatshirts."

But with Let's Sprinkle by MG, Gorga is having the last laugh at a decades-old diss. And though that's surely gratifying, the reality star and mom of three tells PEOPLE she's most satisfied thinking about how customers will enjoy Sprinkle desserts with their own families over the many holidays spring brings.
"I'm super excited for everyone to see this cake." she says. "It is so pretty, it's delicious. It's gonna be great on everybody's Easter tables and for Mother's Day."
For her own Easter, Gorga's looking forward to some time away with her family, continuing their favorite traditions.
"We're going out to Boca with the family. My cousin goes with her kids, so we get together and we go to Boca for like five days and just get into the sun a little bit and just get away, you know? We've been working so much. We all just need like a little vacation together, so we'll be in Florida for Easter this year."
The Sprinkle Coffee Cake, like Gorga's Sprinkle Cookies, are available for order now at Let's Sprinkle by MG. The dessert retails for $32.99.
