Emily Osment isn’t letting her divorce keep her down on her 33rd birthday.
The “Young Sheldon” alum stepped out for lunch with her older brother, Haley Joel Osment, in Studio City, Calif., on Monday — after settling her divorce from her husband of five months, Jack Anthony.
Emily sported a pair of leopard-print biker shorts and a white tank top underneath her cream-colored puffer jacket for the casual outing.
She kept a low profile in a baseball hat and a pair of shades and accessorized with a set of stacked bracelets.
Haley Joel, 36, looked equally relaxed in an LA Dodgers T-shirt, shorts and flip flops.
The brother-and-sister duo also walked their dogs together during the meet-up.
Emily was notably no longer wearing her diamond-and-teal sapphire wedding ring from Anthony.
Page Six confirmed the actress filed settlement documents with the Los Angeles Superior Court that same day after filing for divorce last Friday.
Emily cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for her split from Anthony.
She also listed their date of separation as Dec. 7 — nearly two months after they tied the knot on October 12, 2024.
Haley served as a groomsman in the intimate ceremony.
Reps for the “Young & Hungry” star did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment regarding her divorce.
Emily and Anthony — whose legal name is Jack Farina — did not share any children and they had a prenuptial agreement in place.
The pair went public with their romance in October 2021 when the “Hannah Montana” alum shared snaps of them together at a Phish concert.
They announced their engagement via Instagram in June 2023. “This magical, beautiful, kaleidoscope of a person asked me to marry him this weekend,” the actress captioned the since-deleted post.
