Since joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Season 6 in 2015, Erika Jayne has typically sported long, luscious blonde tresses. At one time, however, Erika rocked a super short pixie cut.
Behold the photo below, where the "Pretty Mess" singer showed off a jaw-dropping platinum blonde 'do. The short, spiky look gave all the '90s vibes and left us wondering if Erika would rock the hairstyle again.
In the photo, Erika lets her hair do all the talking, wearing just a long-sleeved black shirt, diamond stud earrings, and little makeup. Needless to say, we're obsessed with this look.
How Erika Jayne keeps her blonde hair intact
In 2017, Erika spoke with BravoTV.com about the upkeep of her bright blonde locks (watch the video above).
“Blonde is hard because it’s all about who does your color,” the Pretty Mess author shared at the time. “One person does my color. And when you find that person that works for you, stay there. It’s when you start moving around, and you start having too many people on your head that your hair starts to break, and your color starts to look crazy.”
Further in the interview, Erika was sure to note that "blondes have more fun," pointing out how she's been betting it all on blonde from the beginning.
"In my opinion, they do [have more fun]. Whether it was a dirty blonde or light blonde, I just love being blonde," she shared.

Though she loves being blonde, in 2020, Erika also proved she has fun as a brunette.
Erika unveiled the gorgeous style via Instagram Stories when she was a Savage X Fenty ambassador.

In 2021, after launching an extensions line, Erika spoke about changing up her hair.
"I have worn every type of hair extension on and off stage, and on TV for over a decade. So I know what I love and works best for all situations. You name it, I've worn it!" she said at the time. “There is not a 'look' I will not try because the great thing about extensions is that you can quickly and quite easily take them out and still have your original hair. No permanent commitment, which makes it fun... Beautiful hair immediately makes me feel pretty and as if I can take on the world! Nothing is quite as powerful as a luscious mane of hair."
