Now, whether their diamond was ripped from their hands or they wholeheartedly gave it up isn’t known. But what is known is the simple fact that the series will need new blood. One woman in question is Bozoma Saint John But who is this new RHOBH housewife?
There’s a new girl in town
Evidently, there is now a badass in the house, according to Bozoma, who posted along with Bravo her announcement about joining the beloved franchise. Bozoma will join Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Garcelle Beauvais, Dorit Kemsley, and Sutton Stracke for season 14 Kathy Hilton and Jennifer Tilly will also be added as “friends of.” The new season is currently filming with a premiere date expected towards the end of the year. At the time of the announcement, Bozoma wrote, “God’s timing is DIVINE. I never question, and I never balk. I have faith that what is for me is for me, and it’s right on time. Can I get an AMEN? I pray that you believe that for yourself, too.”
What does Bozoma do?
Bozoma started her career at Spike Lee’s advertising agency. The Ghana-born housewife is a marketing executive. According to Bozoma’s official website, she was inducted into the American Advertising Federation Hall of Achievement as a marketing professional. Her resume also boasts being an entrepreneur and an author. She has worked as the Global CMO at Netflix and Endeavor. And even has additional roles with Uber, Apple Music, and Pepsi Co’s senior marketing executive. If that wasn’t enough, in 2021, Forbes also named her the World’s Most Influential CMO.
Like any good Bravo housewife, Bozoma hasn’t missed her chance to be featured in multiple magazines, including Adweek, which dubbed her “one of the most exciting personalities in advertising.” Really, it doesn’t seem like there is anything this woman can’t do. She is going to fit in perfectly.
Bozoma’s side hustles
The newest Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has created a successful online tutorial entitled “The Badass Workshop,” which is meant to teach others to be their greatest selves. The seminar is targeted at those who are just waiting around in life for their next move to come to them. She also published a memoir, The Urgent Life, in 2023. The book is about Bozoma’s story of love, loss, and survival.
As Bravo fans will soon learn, Bozoma’s husband, Peter, passed away from cancer in 2013. But when that moment occurred, she chose to live life urgently. The book speaks about losing her college boyfriend to suicide, having a premature child who was lost shortly after birth, and her interracial marriage. The book also talks about Peter handing Bozoma a bucket list once he found out his cancer was terminal: “Cancel the divorce, and fix the wrongs immediately.”
Harvard studied this housewife
I feel like saying in my best Elle Woods voice, “What you have a class at Harvard Law?” But after reading up about Bozoma, I am not at all surprised that this woman had an entire case study written about her worthy of the Harvard Business School entitled Leading with Authenticity and Urgency Bozoma is all about becoming an icon.
