Opening up.
Bachelor Nation got to know Alexe, Sarafiena, and Alli Jo on Season 29 of “The Bachelor.”
The three ladies stopped by for an exclusive chat with BachelorNation.com after the “Women Tell All” special to reveal whether they plan to go on “Bachelor in Paradise” this summer and share the advice they used from their loved ones while on “The Bachelor.”
Check out our exclusive conversation with Alexe, Sarafiena, and Alli Jo below.
Bachelor Nation: Hi, ladies. Thank you so much for chatting with us! How did tonight feel for you?
Alli Jo: Oh, it was so much fun, I had the best time! I’m so happy I saw all the girls tonight. I was really excited. And I think tonight went fairly well. I think we all had some things that we had to say and we said them and we all made our point known.
Sarafiena: Agreed! I feel good. I feel good about how I was. I feel good about how I acted, and, you know, I feel like I said everything I needed to say.
Alexe: Yes, it was so fun! I’m very tired, but it was nice to see Linda. I did not expect that! It was nice to see some of the girls; we had a little bit of an emotional moment. It was so sweet seeing Sarafiena’s mom! Everything was great. Full of surprises. The bloopers were great.

BN: Yes, Sarafiena, how did you feel about Jesse reaching out to your mom and surprising you with that video? We’d love to hear some of her words of wisdom she shared with you before you went on the show.
Sarafiena: Obsessed. I had no idea. No one told me! It was a complete surprise, like a genuine reaction. She looked so cute and I was so happy. She taught me to always be so strong and proud of myself and to give 100% of myself, pouring out as much love that you want to receive. And I feel like that’s what I did.
Alli Jo: I relate to that because before I left for the show, my mom gave me a little present, and it was a ring with a crown on it. And she said, whenever you’re feeling down, remember how tall you are. Wear your crown and stand tall. Because my mom is a very strong, independent person, and that’s how I am. I learned from her. So I always think of her in the back of my head, and think, “What would my mom do in this situation?” She’s helped me through so much.
Alexe: I love that! It wasn’t my mom, but the one little thing that my friend said before I left for the show was, “Just be you. They’ll love you,” And I remembered that. It’s so corny to say, but I was like, “Yeah, I’ll just be who I am with everybody,” and I think it really shined through.
BN: Those are all great pieces of advice! Do you think this experience will affect how you approach dating now? And we have to ask: Would you be interested in going on “Bachelor in Paradise”?

Alexe: I’m wearing seashell earrings tonight, so it may be foreshadowing a little bit. Absolutely, “Paradise” is definitely more my speed. I’m just really goofy, lighthearted, bubbly, and I think it fits my vibe. My biggest takeaway from this experience is that opposites attract. With Grant, from day one we knew we were so different. I’m bouncing off the walls, he’s a little bit more serious and more grounded. So, this taught me to be more open-minded with my interests and I do need that balance. I want to be with somebody who’s spontaneous, and I also want someone who is funny, because humor is a big thing for me. I want to laugh. I want to feel like we’re best friends just hanging out every day. So, humor and respect and, you know, caring for me.
Alli Jo: I’ll say maybe to “Paradise.” I don’t know. I mean, if they come knocking on my door and I’m single at the time, then heck yeah I would go! But it’s also nerve-wracking. You don’t know who’s going to be there, it’s a bunk bed, you’re in the heat, my eyelashes could fall off! But I’m excited for relationships that maybe I wouldn’t have had if it wasn’t for this opportunity. Whether it’s people within Bachelor Nation or relationships outside of it, you just don’t know what can come from it. I’m a pretty strong, independent person, so I want someone that can kind of keep me on my toes and I like somebody that can surprise me. Also somebody that’s very, very family-oriented.
Sarafiena: I think that I’m going to definitely be more open and share more about myself moving forward. I want someone who’s caring, loving, understands me, and is patient. It’s a slow burn with me, so I need someone who understands that it’s gonna take me a little bit of time. I want someone who’s willing to wait for that. So if the right person is there, I’ll definitely be interested in going on “Paradise”! I have no one in mind, but my DMs are open. I cannot stress that enough. Like, please, slide in.
BN: Thank you so much for chatting with us, ladies! We can’t wait to possibly see you on the beach in “Paradise.”
