Exclusive | Phaedra Parks teases what fans can expect from her 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' return

Phaedra Parks shared some peachy new insight about her “Housewives” return.

The 50-year-old revealed what viewers can expect from Season 16 of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” now that she has officially rejoined the cast after a six-season hiatus.

“It’s going to be very good,” Parks exclusively told The Post Tuesday after “Dancing With the Stars” Week 2. “The new housewives are definitely spicy, and Frick and Frack are back. It’s going to be delicious, gumbo with a lot of spice.”

Frick and Frack, of course, is the nickname for herself and her bestie Porsha Williams, who also returned to the cast after departing the show following Season 13.

Earlier this month, Parks got candid on how filming went with Porsha, Drew Sidora, Cynthia Bailey, Shamea Morton Mwangi and newbies Brittany Eady, Kelli Ferrell and Angela Oakley.

“It went absolutely awesome,” the reality star told E! News. “I felt like I was back at home.”

“When Frick and Frack is back, honey, it’s gonna be some fun,” Parks teased.

The “DWTS” contestant is also pleased with the newest cast, which saw longtime stars Kandi Burruss and Kenya Moore depart the show.

“Sometimes when the shows have the same cast for so long, people are not being their true selves,” Parks confessed. “So, now, I think bringing back some new energy, it’s gonna shake it up but in a good way. In a positive way.”

Parks confirmed the news in July with a picture of herself walking off a private plane.

“You called. I answered,” Parks wrote on Instagram at the time, adding a peach emoji.

But before the new season airs, the “Traitors” alum is enjoying her time in the ballroom as she competes on Season 33 of “Dancing With the Stars” alongside partner Val Chmerkovskiy.

And in Parks’ eyes, part of the winning regimen includes keeping her diet in check.

“Smoked salmon, “ Parks shared with The Post about her go-to meal after a night of dancing. “I know I’m very weird. I liked smoked salmon. I’m very, very, probably strange with my eating, so when I’m doing competitions or any show like this, I’m very focused on protein, arugula salad.”

“I eat the same thing every single day,” she admitted. “I don’t change meals.”

As for one couple Parks and Chmerkovskiy, 38, have their eye on as stiff competition?

The pro dancer’s wife, Jenna Johnson, and partner, former “Bachelor” star Joey Graziadei.

“We’re rooting for Joey and Jenna,” Chmerkovskiy said.

“Yeah, of course,” Parks replied. “I mean, he’s so damn sexy. She’s so pretty. I mean, they are very beautiful together.”

Giving some love to her right-hand man on the show, the “RHOA” star quipped, “He’s no chopped liver, he’s some wagyu steak as well!”
