In the teaser clip for the Thursday, March 20, episode, Mackenzie, 30, spoke to Khes, 30, and her friend Cayla about undergoing the procedure in hopes of becoming pregnant. Mackenzie even revealed that there was a good chance she could become pregnant with twins and used spoons to demonstrate the possibility.

“They took an egg, they took a sperm and they made an embryo,” Mackenzie explained. “We have four embryos, right? But we are choosing to transfer two. Why are we choosing to transfer two? Because if you transfer two embryos, there’s an 80 percent chance one of them sticks and you have one baby. However, this comes with the risk that there’s a 20 percent chance that both of them stick and you have twins.”

After revealing that she could potentially have twins, Mackenzie said there was a small chance she could have even more kids. “There’s a two percent chance that these both split into two different babies. Now you got four,” she said.

While the couple seemed open to having twins, Khes admitted it would be “very bad” to have four babies.

“I would rather be told I’m pregnant with twins than I’m not pregnant,” Mackenzie said. “Because I don’t think I can go through this again. I’m gonna be very, very honest.”

Mackenzie is already the mother to children Gannon, 13, Jaxie, 11, and Broncs, 8, with ex-husband Josh McKee, whom she divorced in 2024.
