A sexually explicit video of Sean “Diddy” Combs and another A-list celebrity is allegedly being “shopped around” in wake of the disgraced rapper’s arrest, according to the attorney of one of his accusers.
During a recent appearance on NewsNation, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd claimed she was contacted regarding the “sale of one of the Diddy tapes” — which she “declined.”
“There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around to individuals in Hollywood,” Mitchell-Kidd told guest host Laura Ingle, who was sitting in for Ashleigh Banfield.
“But one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge,” she continued.
Mitchell-Kidd claimed it was a “catch and kill” type of situation. However, she did not reveal the identity of the alleged participant.
“Mr. Combs was in the tape and this other person is – I would venture to say, more high-profile than Mr. Combs,” she alleged.
The attorney, who works for several of Combs’ accusers, claimed she has seen “stills” of the alleged video but not the whole thing.
“I can verify that it exists. That it’s real and that the other person in the video is very visible,” she claimed. “There’s no question of if it’s that person in the video.”
Mitchell-Kidd described the alleged tape as being “pornographic in nature” and claimed it was taken at Combs’ home in Atlanta.
However, the attorney claimed Diddy had a lot of hidden cameras in his home and alleged that the other famous partaker was potentially unaware they were being filmed.
“It does seem like… the person isn’t looking into the video,” she said. “To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they were being videotaped. It didn’t seem like they were an active participant in the videotaping. It seemed like they were being surreptitiously recorded.”
Reps for Combs did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Mitchell-Kidd also brought up her new client’s case against the music mogul.
The unidentified woman alleged that Combs raped her in 2018 but didn’t come forward out of “shame” and fear for her safety. Mitchell-Kidd claimed the woman filed a police report at the time but felt like police tried to “disregard her claims.”
According to the attorney, the alleged victim “was at a friend’s house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house.”
“It led to her being served a drink. She started to feel woozy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object. … And then directed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself,” she alleged.
The woman allegedly escaped from the house and ran into the street — which was allegedly witnessed by a neighbor.
Last month, Combs was arrested and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking by force and transportation for purposes of prostitution.
In his indictment, authorities alleged that Combs used drugs to keep his alleged victims “obedient and compliant” during “freak offs” — substance-filled sex parties that often turned violent, per prosecutors.
The “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper pleaded not guilty to the charges. However, he was denied bail and is currently in a Brooklyn jail.
