BGT Fans Complain Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon Finale Outfits Were ‘Too Much for Family Viewing’

Britain’s Got Talent has officially ended its eighteenth season. Since the show ended, fans have complained to iTV about Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon. Apparently, the show received 72 complaints about the women’s outfits.

Last Saturday night, the United Kingdom watched the final acts perform one last time. Although the night was about the remaining acts, fans were apparently paying attention to the wardrobe choices of the judges.

During the episode, Holden was seen wearing a white dress that revealed her sternum. Dixon wore a similar dress, in see through silver. Even though the celebrity judges looked dazzling, many are complaining that their outfits were “too revealing for a family show

Other judges, KSI, Simon Cowell and Bruno Tonioli were dressed differently than the female judges. KSI was seen in a Budweiser branded shirt, with a red jacket and matching shorts. Tonioli was seen wearing a blue sequined suit with a black see-through shirt. Cowell was wearing a classic black suit with a white button down shirt.

Amanda Holden Was Already Under Fire for BGT Wardrobe

This isn’t the first time Amanda Holden has received criticism for her wardrobe on Britain’s Got Talent. Holden is often known for her incredible wardrobe on the show, yet she’s received multiple complaints to Ofcom. For those who may not know, Ofcom is the independent communications regulator for the United Kingdom. Ofcom oversees broadcasting, telecommunications, and postal service.

Apparently, over Holden’s 18 years on BGT, she’s sparked more than 1,000 complaints to Ofcom. Now, Holden is not taking the criticism anymore. DailyMail reports that Holden “loves every single outfit she has worn on the show since its launch in 2007.” In an interview with Closer magazine, Holden discussed complaints regarding her outfits.
