The star shared an update with followers as she celebrated with McFly singer Tom Fletcher
As Tom and Giovanna Fletcher celebrated their wedding anniversary, some eagle-eyed fans questioned whether it was a nod to her appearing on Strictly Come Dancing.
Tom and Giovanna tied the knot in May 2012 after several years of dating and have since given birth to their three children, Buzz, Buddy and Max.
In 2020 when Giovanna starred on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, she shared that McFly's hit song All About You was a gift for her.
At the time, she recalled: "That was my Valentine’s present. It was coming up to Valentine’s Day, Tom hadn’t got me a Valentine’s present, so he got into the studio and just literally wrote it super quickly.
He said 'it’s just one of those songs that just came out' and recorded a version that’s just him, really beautiful, and then gave me the disc for Valentine’s Day."
The song proved a hit to fans as well as Giovanna, and was chosen as the single for Comic Relief in 2005 as she explained: "Then Comic Relief got in touch and said, ‘we want you to do the song and lead the campaign this year, do you have anything that’s appropriate?"
Taking to her Instagram on Monday (12th May), Giovanna posted a carousel of pictures with McFly star Tom, including a video of the pair of them dancing as they celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary.
Alongside the post, she wrote: "Spent the day celebrating 13 years of marriage to @tomfletcher. A dance class at @danceworkslondon with @happiness_through_sound and @captiv8oya, afternoon tea in the hotel we stayed at on our wedding night, a trip to the spa and then our tradition - @the_ivy_collection. Just wonderful.
"The dance clip is from after the class, when we snuck in one more move thanks to Oya."
Tom posted a similar carousel and wrote: "Dancing into 13 years of marriage…not on the kitchen tiles though. Happy anniversary @mrsgifletcher."
Fans were quick to speculate that Giovanna could be teasing an appearance on Strictly Come Dancing when it returns this Autumn.
In the comments, @ciarale01 wrote: "Oooh I wonder if Giovanna is doing Strictly this year" followed by "Was the dancing pic a hint maybe? Giovanna for Strictly 25?"
Another user @annettecraig13 added: "G for strictly!!!!!" and professional Strictly dancer Amy Dowden commented: "Oh I love this so much! Happy anniversary both x"
Tom was paired with Amy during the 2021 series of Strictly Come Dancing, however they were eliminated during musicals week after a dance-off against Rhys Stephenson and Nancy Xu.
