Teen Mom fans are not the only people who have a lot to say about Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra‘s recent decision to be vocal about their birth daughter’s closed adoption.
Farrah Abraham recently took to the comment section on social media to call out the couple for failing to take accountability and gaslighting.
Many are not happy with the way Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have been vocalizing their concerns amid Carly’s closed adoption.
For the most part, fans think that the Teen Mom couple are in the wrong for bringing these issues to social media and their podcast. Many don't agree with a lot of the stuff Cate and Tyler have to say.
Farrah Abraham is the latest person to call out the married couple for their behavior.
According to a user on reddit, Farrah left a comment on Instagram under a clip of Cate and Tyler from their podcast.
Farrah did not hold back.
“Tyler and Cait are gaslighting those struggling with infertility because they cannot take accountability for their own mental health and actions,” Farrah started. “Perhaps they shouldn't have listened to other adults regarding their adoption 17 years ago.”
The MTV alum said that it was "essential" that Tyler and Cate “seek help from a psychiatrist and stop speaking on behalf of individuals who are not present and who want nothing to do with their criminal, toxic behavior and abusive family.”
“Both of them need to address their addictions, stop blaming others, and embrace the principles of the 12-step program,” she added.
Farrah noted that Tyler and Cate should “focus on loving the children they have” and keep them away from their own “toxic” families.
“...especially since they should have learned from my story on MTV,” she added.
The 33-year-old encouraged her former castmates to “break the cycle” and explained that they need to “stop projecting their trauma onto their children.”
Farrah concluded, “Children are perceptive; they can see hypocrisy and narcissistic behavior. The child development within this family line is lacking-it's time for them to wake up and prioritize their health.”
Fans in the comment section under the reddit post seemed to agree with Farrah.
“Does this…sound sane??? Is she actually saying something of substance?” one fan questioned.
Another added, “This subreddit collectively coming to terms with the fact that Farrah has said something sane and completely accurate.”
“Farrah just spittin' facts like Farrah does. Love when she chimes in on her former co stars,” a third wrote.
