Team Sweden will play their final game of the 4 Nations Face-Off on Feb. 17 against Team USA. After losing each of their first two games in overtime, Sweden will look to go out with a victory.
Philadelphia Flyers fans will get to see Samuel Ersson in this matchup. The 2018 fifth-round pick will be between the pipes for Sweden because Ottawa Senators goalie Linus Ullmark is under the weather.
This will be Ersson's first appearance at the 4 Nations Face-Off. He undoubtedly has a big test in his debut, as Team USA has an incredibly stacked roster. Team USA has also won each of their first two games of the tournament, outscoring their opponents 9-2.
Ersson, 25, has appeared in 31 games this season with the Flyers, where he has a 16-10-3 record, a .896 save percentage, a 2.81 goals-against average, and two shutouts.
