Lochte doesn’t appear to be wasting any time in seeking new love while navigating his current divorce. He shared a series of snaps from a holiday weekend in Daytona Beach on Instagram, tagging Molly Gillihan in the cozy photos. One shot showed Gillihan putting her arm across his chest, as well as the two laughing together and cuddling on the couch. Then there was the snap of the two hugging and looking quite happy together.
Gillihan spent time with Lochte’s family during what appeared to be their Fourth of July celebration.
Lochte also shared photos of the weekend that were posted to her private Instagram account.

Lochte’s estranged wife wrote in an Instagram post on June 27, “Sometimes God allows betrayal … because it leads to the breakthrough.” Kayla Rae Reid also wrote, “Most people have no idea what I’ve endured.”
When Ryan posted his photos, Molly took heat in the comments almost immediately and she wasn’t about to stay silent.
According to TMZ, Molly Gillihan appears to be tackling the rumors and innuendos head-on. She wrote on Monday, “We would not be here if we had anything to hide or if there had been any betrayal that occurred along the way. This little goofball came into my life patiently, sincerely, and honestly. I am choosing him. @ryanlochte.”
“It’s okay to be so happy that your heart could explode out of your chest, and you want to shout it from the rooftops. If you’ve felt it, you know this to be true,” continued Gillihan.
Reid announced she and Lochte were splitting last month after seven years of marriage. The duo shares three children: a son, Caiden Zane, 8, and daughters, Liv Rae, 5, and Georgia June, 1.
According to documents obtained by Page Six, Lochte and Reid are nearly $270,000 in debt. Some of their debt includes $127,977.73 owed to the Shands Teaching Hospital and Clinic, which is where Lochte may have been treated after his car accident in November 2023.
