Former The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah has had her prison sentence reduced for the third time. She will now be able to spend Thanksgiving 2026 with her family.

What Happened To Jen Shah After RHOSLC Season 3?

Third Time’s The Charm

Page Six reports that Shah will be released from Bryan Federal Prison Camp in Texas on November 3, 2026. The RHOSLC alum was convicted of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and sentenced to six and a half years in prison. She began her term in February 2023 and was given a one-year reduction a short time later. Her time was reduced again in October 2024.

Jen has completed an anger management course while serving time. She has also launched her fitness class for inmates, “Sha-mazing Abs,” which helped her lose 15 lbs. Rumor has it that she has become friends with fellow inmate Elizabeth Holmes.

Happy Returns?

Jen’s temper during her stint as a housewife was legendary. She yelled, screamed, and even threw things. It took a while, but Heather Gay finally admitted that Jen gave her the infamous black eye. The former housewife also vehemently denied committing any crime, and most of her castmates believed her. They were shocked when she pled guilty in court.

Some cast members have discussed a possible return to the show for Jen. Meredith Marks was the most forgiving, “Accountability goes a long way in our circle,” she told People. “If you say, ‘Look, I screwed up, and I made a mistake, and I’m sorry’ — that matters. If she’s taking accountability and doing what she needs to do to make it better, that’s the best she can do right now. There’s nothing else she can do beyond that.”

Meredith, Heather, and Lisa Barlow all spoke with Andy Cohen on WWHL and said they would rather Jen return than another former housewife, Monica Garcia. When it comes to the housewives, stranger things have happened. Would you like to see Jen back on RHOSLC in 2027? Let us know in the comments section.
