The Edmonton Oilers have announced that former Buffalo Sabres forward Evander Kane will be out for an additional four to eight weeks after undergoing knee surgery.
Kane has yet to play this season after undergoing abdominal surgery back in September. Now, his recovery process will take much longer after having this latest surgery on his knee.
The Oilers also announced that Kane's knee procedure was unrelated to his previous abdominal surgery.
