Frankie Catania Jr. is taking on an exciting new role.
As he prepares to tie the knot with Nicole Perricho, The Real Housewives of New Jersey son took a moment to celebrate an upcoming addition to their family. Frankie confirmed the happy news in a July 22 Instagram post in which he congratulated Nicole’s sister-in-law, Amanda Perricho, on her pregnancy.

“Congratulations to Alfredo [Perricho] and Amanda!” he captioned the snap. “It’s a girl! Can’t wait for our niece.”
The photo showed Frankie and his fiancée at an intimate outdoor event, where Alfredo and Amanda revealed their baby’s sex. The carousel included shots of the family standing before a beautiful balloon arrangement and a backdrop that read, “What’s the scoop?” As shown on Instagram, the party featured an ice cream theme and assortment of desserts, including a layered drip cake decorated with blue and pink frosting.

“Celebrated our two year wedding anniversary finding out we’re having a baby GIRL !!!!” the couple captioned the carousel.
Frankie Catania gets engaged to Nicole Perricho
Frankie dropped the family news about five months after getting engaged to Nicole. The Sacred Heart University alum popped the question inside St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City, where the couple also received a priest’s blessing.
Nicole shared the special day in a February 23 Instagram carousel, which showed Frankie proposing on one knee and a handful of family photos. Attendees included Frankie’s mom, RHONJ’s Dolores Catania; his dad, Frank Catania Sr.; his big sister, Gabby Catania; and Nicole’s parents.
Dolores reacted to Frankie’s engagement via Instagram, where she posted additional photos of the proposal. The Jersey mom shared close-ups of Nicole’s stunning oval-shaped engagement ring and the celebratory dinner, which featured a two-tiered geocake by Moretti Bakery, customized sugar cookies by Marie Di Zeo, and flower arrangements by Blooms and Tomato.
“Can’t find the words to depict how much joy we are all feeling since yesterday,” Dolores captioned the post. “My little Frankie, with a heart full of love and a lifetime of memories ahead of him, proposed to his amazing girlfriend Nicole and we couldn’t be happier!!… Here’s to forever, Frankie and Nicole!”
Dolores Catania shares more details on Frankie Catania's fiancée
Dolores shed more light on Frankie’s relationship during a November interview with The Daily Dish, confirming her son had left the nest and moved in with Nicole. The Jersey Wife revealed her soon-to-be daughter-in-law was a successful aesthetic nurse injector known as the “Lip Boss of New Jersey.”
"She does injectables. They are beautiful,” Dolores said, before revealing she had already met Nicole’s parents. “We went to Portugal, [and] we met the family in Portugal. Her family’s beautiful. She’s the nicest girl. She gets along with Gabby so well.”
