Denver, Colo. - After making his debut in Game 3 of the first round in this year's Stanley Cup Playoffs, Colorado Avalanche captain Gabriel Landeskog is preparing to play this upcoming 2025-26 season with his teammates.
AllCity Network's DNVR branch hosted an exclusive premiere of the final episode of Landeskog's recovery documentary, A Clean Sheet, on Sunday evening. On the red carpet, Landeskog told local media that he is already preparing to join the team at training camp and on opening night.
Landeskog: “I’m excited about an offseason where I can, not just try to get healthy, but actually try to get better.”
Says he’s already gotten back in the gym and gotten some ice-time this summer.#GoAvsGo https://t.co/hklFwVzvPE— Bailey Curtis (@baileyycurtis) June 9, 2025
In the 15-minute-long red-carpet interview, Gabe talks extensively about the documentary and the process of making it, calling it "nerve-wracking."
"At the end of the day...we were trying to make this story and we knew the beginning, we didn't know what the middle and the ending was going to look like. Normally, you do a documentary, you have those things mapped out. We didn't know what it was going to look like."
An exclusive interview with Landeskog, hosted by the DNVR Avalanche podcast's very own Nathan Rudolph and former Avalanche forward Eric LaCroix, is set to release on Monday at 5:00 P.M. Mountain Time on all listening platforms. Another interview with Landeskog and the creators of "A Clean Sheet" is also set to release on DNVR's YouTube channel on Monday night.
The final episode of A Clean Sheet is set to air on T.N.T. at 4:30 P.M. Mountain Time on Monday.
