General Hospital Bombshell: Portia and Terry Fired as Liesl Obrecht Returns to Rule GH!

General Hospital spoilers indicate that Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) may be going down soon for the crimes that she has committed.

Portia is not only facing being fired as co-chief of staff from General Hospital, she is also facing prison time for doctoring Heather Webber’s (last played by Alley Mills) test results.

The board of General Hospital will definitely let Portia go when this matter comes to light, and Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) may also be in for a surprise.

Portia Robinson Is Fired And So is Terry Randolph

Portia’s crimes have come to light, and she has been arrested and charged for tampering with Heather Webber’s test results, and the GH board has no choice but to let her go.

Terry believes that she will receive the position solo now that Portia is out of the picture, but the board may have other plans in store for the hospital.

When Terry is called to a meeting with the hospital board, she is shocked to learn that they have decided to take the hospital in a new direction, and let her go as well.

They feel that she may have known and covered for Portia, and can’t take any chances on her doing the job alone. Terry would be livid, and find this to be extremely unfair.

Dr. Liesl Obrecht Appointed The Chief Of Staff of General Hospital

A meeting would be held with the doctors and nurses at General Hospital, including Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), and many others to announce who the new chief of staff will be.

Everyone will be shocked when Dr. Liesl Obrecht (last played by Kathleen Gati) has made her triumphant return to General Hospital, and immediately sets fear and frustration into the hearts of General Hospital’s finest.

Dr. Liesl Obrecht Lays Down The Law At General Hospital

Proving to have not changed one bit, Obrecht lays down the law and runs a tight ship, just as she did when she was chief of staff before.

She would be here to make sure that every rule and policy is adhered to, and that there will be no short cuts or exceptions made for anyone.

Liesl would drive head nurse Elizabeth crazy, and would drive the doctors mad as well. The board of GH would feel that given the lawsuits and all the shenanigans that occurred under Portia and Terry’s leadership that putting Liesl back in the position is just what the hospital needs at this time.
