It’s times like these that we can’t help wondering just how far General Hospital’s Willow has fallen. She gaslit Michael and Sasha, torturing them and stalking Daisy until her mom fled the country. Portia filled her in on Drew’s blackmailing to frame Michael as a drug addict and swipe his kids away and Willow’s response was basically: Good.
And she’s just running headfirst into a marriage with Drew who has been so horrible lately that a lot of fans are half convinced he’s a fake! Though to his credit, even he claims he’d never torture a baby to get what he wanted. Unlike Willow…
Now, Curtis has finally filled Willow in on Nina’s torrid affair with Drew, telling her that the two were sleeping together, “Last summer while you were falling in love with Drew, before and after the Fourth of July.” And honestly, this is exactly when we figured he’d speak up!
So the big question is: Will this, somewhat unhinged, morally dubious Willow go after Nina, Drew or both? Well, the show’s preview for tomorrow has Willow tearing into her mother over this deception.
But Nina may not take it laying down. Because she’s finally realized that Willow was behind Daisy and Sasha’s torment, though she still feels like it’s Drew’s fault for ruining her daughter. But as she just told Ava, she’s been blind to Willow for too long. Now? “I’m done!”
Will she lay it all out to Willow and do her best to blow up this wedding before it can get off the ground, even if it means torching her own relationship with her daughter? Will Willow cut ties with her mother and put her faith in Drew? Will she go through with the wedding?
Something has to give. The other day Portia snapped that she was through using kid gloves in dealing with Willow, but so far, even the cold, hard, truth of reality isn’t budging her. Drew, Willow swears, is the only one who’s stood by her. But a covered up betrayal from both her mom and her husband-to-be? Maybe that will finally be enough. We can only hope.
