What’s already been an explosive week on General Hospital will only get more intense on Thursday. Why? Because even as Michael’s fighting for custody of his children, it looks as if his next child might be born right there in the courtroom!

So far, it’s been hard to tell who has the best shot at gaining custody of Amelia and Wiley. Thanks to the verbal jousting of attorneys Ric and Diane, each side has scored victories. But the final moment of Wednesday’s moment — in which Sasha was forced to admit on the stand that she is carrying Michael’s baby — may have dealt his case a fatal blow. The situation is going to get a whole lot messier, however, because on Thursday, June 5th, Sasha goes from testifying to giving birth… or at least going into labor. For those doing the math, yes, the baby is premature, as we know that he or she was conceived on Halloween. (You’ll recall that Sasha had just found out she was dating her cousin — a twist we’re still salty about, given how much we loved them! — and Michael was reeling from Drew and Willow’s kiss.) So not only does the about-to-arrive baby play a crucial role in the custody case, but it might also wind up fighting for its life!

 

Meanwhile, we were stunned when Lucky’s swoonworthy proposal in the park resulted in Elizabeth rejecting his marriage offer! But perhaps we shouldn’t have been surprised, given her recent conversation with Laura. During that chat, Liz wondered if perhaps Lucky was a little too much like his father, Luke, to actually settle down and deal with the mundaneness that is day-to-day life.

 

Look for Lucky to ask Elizabeth if she’s saying a flat-out no, or perhaps a no for now. Surely one of the most legendary and beloved couples in daytime history can find their way back to one another, right?
