General Hospital Preview: Willow and Drew’s Wedding Day Arrives — But Will They Say ‘I Do’?

Willow and Drew's wedding Day GH

It’s finally here, the wedding that only the bride and groom want to see happen! That’s right, it’s Willow and Drew’s wedding week on General Hospital. If it plays out as teased in the latest promo, the happy couple won’t be taking their vows, or even be a couple by the week’s end. But who will stop the wedding, and how?

Having decided it’s time to take back her power and refusing to be blackmailed by Drew any longer, Portia warns Willow that she has no idea who her fiancé really is. However, given that this is how the promo begins and they are at the hospital, it doesn’t appear that Portia gets the chance to reveal the truth to Nurse Corinthos. Might Curtis stop her from telling all? After all, he doesn’t want to see his wife lose her license and end up in Pentonville, especially if there is another way to put Drew in his place. As Curtis puts it, he’s going to fight to save her, even if he has to betray a friend. That would be Nina, who he knows had an office affair with the congressman.

Few gather at the church for the big day, because let’s face it, Willow and Drew have alienated most of Port Charles at this point. Lucy presides over the wedding, and Scout makes an adorable flower girl. But as Curtis bursts in on Willow as she prepares to walk down the aisle, will he go through with betraying Nina and destroying her and Willow’s relationship? Or will Nina, who vows to Ava that she can’t let this go on, be the one to stand up and give a reason why Willow and Drew shouldn’t be married?

Of course, given the number of people who hate him, someone could just take aim and shoot Drew as he stands at the altar!
