General Hospital Spoilers: Curtis Drops The Bomb That Changes His And Nina’s Friendship Forever?

General Hospital: Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner)

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) may be the one who drops the bomb that changes his and Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) friendship forever!

In a recent conversation they had, Curtis mentioned that sometimes people have to betray friends-implying, for the greater good!

Curtis Is Fighting Drew On Many Fronts

Curtis is fighting Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) on many fronts, from trying to help Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) to trying to protect Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).

All are in agreement that Drew is not the Drew they once knew, the heroic man and loving father he was before being presumed dead several years. This Drew is a liar, a manipulator and at least in Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) case, a Svengali.

Willow seems to be under Drew’s total control, and doesn’t care what kind of destruction he’s wrought in her life and her marriage to Michael. True, it takes two to tangle, but in Willow’s case, it seems she’s been hypnotized.

Nina Needs As Many Allies And Weapons Against Drew As She Can Get

The one thing that Nina hasn’t done that could turn Willow against Drew might cost her Willow as well-even though that was over rather quickly.

It was more a case of enemies with benefits than any kind of love affair, and in fact it started out as hate sex-mostly in one or the other’s office.

But the fling with Drew ever so slightly overlapped Drew’s pursuit of Willow, and that slight overlap could be disastrous, even though Willow was married to Michael then!

For Willow, it may have started as a difficult to resist flirtation-but for Drew, it was obviously an obsessive pursuit.

The more Nina thinks about it, the more she realizes that Willow and Drew are equally obsessed with each other-with competition with Michael mixed into it where Drew is concerned.

And, What Bomb Would That Be?

Back to Curtis and the bomb he could drop that would change his and Nina’s friendship forever-and possibly lose Nina her daughter, or, perhaps not; maybe she’d just dump Drew!

Willow and Drew are really rushing into things, and that’s because of Michael taking sole custody of Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Viron Weaver, Serenity and Sequoia Mork Macko).

They’re getting married at the end of the week, and Nina’s madly planning a big wedding for her daughter, in spite of not wanting her to marry dastardly Drew!

Nina has another weapon in her arsenal now that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is back, but the bomb that Curtis could drop may be much more effective.

Not only will it hopefully convince Willow of what a snake Drew is, it may convince his constituents as well-will Curtis drop the bomb of Drew playing a daughter against her mother?
