In addition to tensions flaring at Natalia’s memorial service, General Hospital spoilers for Monday, July 14, 2025, will also focus on Alexis defending Sonny while Carly is heartbroken.

Marco (Adrian Anchondo) apparently holds a memorial service for his mother that happens on Monday. He continues to feel mounds of guilt over not being able to save his mother. And taking too long to mend their relationship. But he’s going to do whatever it takes to get justice for Natalia (Eva LaRue). And part of that is making sure Sonny (Maurice Benard) goes down for her death. Marco doesn’t believe for one second that Natalia’s death was simply an accident.

Needless to say, if Sonny shows up at the memorial service, that explains why tensions flare. What is harder to explain is that on Monday, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) defends Sonny. This is a big deal because she recently went off on him after the Charlie’s Pub fire. However, in the “next week on” preview at the end of Friday’s episode, Marco asks Alexis, “What makes you think Sonny didn’t have anything to do with this?”

So even though Alexis despises the danger Sonny poses to Kristina (Kate Mansi), she also knows him well. And thinks she knows that he would have never purposely caused Natalia’s demise. Will Marco take what Alexis tells him into account, or will he simply ignore his boss and work with Sidwell (Carlo Rota) to make Sonny pay?

Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) is heartbroken. Is this because Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and Daisy have to go bye-bye, at least until whoever’s stalking them (cough ***Willow (Katelyn MacMullen)*** cough) is caught? Or is her heart breaking over something else?
