Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
What to expect on General Hospital

Sonny (Maurice Benard) thinks he has the upper hand with Sidwell (Carlo Rota), but he also has a lot of people who want to see Marco (Adrian Anchondo) alive and well. Sidwell demands to know where his son is, but Sonny warns Sidwell that he got his son into this mess and is the only one who can get him out of it.
A frantic Lucas (Van Hansis) knows that Sonny and Jason (Steve Burton) had to have done something with his boyfriend. When he finds Jason, he warns him that Marco's blood will be on Jason's hands if anything bad happens to Marco. As for Marco, he remains tied up and gagged in an empty warehouse, not knowing what's going to happen to him next.
Drew makes more threats

Drew (Cameron Mathison) loves wandering around Port Charles, telling anyone who has ever wronged him that he will make their lives a living hell. In Drew's mind, it's a crime against humanity to ever do anything that can even be perceived as a slight.
This time, he takes his beef to Carly (Laura Wright), where he tells her that Michael's (Rory Gibson) refusal to compromise will cause him more misery than he ever imagined.
As for Michael, he gives Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) some very bad news that causes his ex-wife to freak out and demand to know what he has done. Does this have anything to do with the date of the visitation hearing or Daisy's status as a Port Charles resident?
Tracy's big idea

Tracy (Jane Elliot) always has a scheme or two up her sleeve. On Tuesday, she has a proposition for someone. Does she have a way to try to convince Sasha to stay in town? We all know she wants to keep Monica's great-grandchildren as close as possible.
Whatever Tracy is up to, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) seems bound and determined to stick to her plan as she seeks out Nina (Cynthia Watros). She would surely want to say goodbye to her surrogate mother before taking off from PC for good. Can Nina say anything that would stop Sasha?
