Natalia has some words of warning for Sonny while Kristina hints at her scheme with Alexis, and the judge returns with a shocking verdict.

The next General Hospital spoilers video for Thursday, June 12, 2025, shows Cody and Ava playing a dangerous game while Natalia has a warning for Sonny, and the judge makes her decision.

Ava (Maura West) tells Cody (Josh Kelly), “I like a challenge,” and he replies, “So do I.” It looks like Kristina’s (Kate Mansi) plan to have Cody seduce Ava has begun. It’s her goal to break up Ava and Ric (Rick Hearst), to hopefully put a crimp in their blackmail scheme. Oh, what hijinks await? The weekly teasers show that Ava issues an invitation. Can that be for Cody?
Meanwhile, Kristina told Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), “An opportunity fell into my lap that I had to take.” She might be insinuating about her plan with Cody, but if Kristina’s smart, she won’t tell her mother about it. Teasers also state that Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) swallows her panic, which she’s gotten very good at doing lately.
Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) looks like she’s in the GH chief of staff’s office when she states, “I will accept on one condition,” while elsewhere, Laura (Genie Francis) tells someone, “I may actually talk her into pursuing it.” It’s unclear what Laura’s talking about, but hopefully it will work towards taking Drew (Cameron Mathison) down.
Meeting in her car, Natalia (Eva LaRue) says to Sonny (Maurice Benard), “I’m in serious trouble. And so are you.” Sonny didn’t cause her to get a DUI, so what could she be going on about?
And in the courthouse, we were left on a major cliffhanger when the judge states, “It is the decision to award full custody to…” It should come as no surprise that the teasers also indicated that shockwaves rip through the courtroom at Michael and Willow’s hearing. It seems it’s a 50/50 chance between Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael (Rory Gibson), but what if the judge awards the kids to someone unexpected?
