Sonny is Losing his Mojo
Sonny’s streak of bad luck kicked off when his son Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) was badly burned in an explosion at Sonny’s penthouse. This necessitated him requiring treatment in Germany, for months.
That explosion was meant for Sonny, but once again, Michael became collateral damage.
This week at Charlie’s Pub, Sonny’s daughter Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) walked into another explosive situation. Someone had been there before, poured a ton of gas on the place then threw in a Molotov cocktail.
Kristina Survives Explosion
Most fans think that Sonny’s feud with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is behind the carnage. And many fans are taking Sonny to task on social media for failing to protect his loved ones.
Based on the first attack, shouldn’t Sonny have had extra security in place for his family? Sonny arrived after Kristina was safely out of the building, but that was little comfort as Charlie’s burnt down.
On a side note, wasn’t it rich when Krissy wailed “Someone tried to kill me!” Pot, meet kettle. Will this be the wake up call the degenerate character needs to reform? If past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior, not a chance.
What is up with Sonny?
Both of these explosions indicate that Sonny has lost control of the situation. Will he be able to recover control or are we witnessing the beginning of the end of Sonny’s mob reign in PC?
Ever since Sidwell came to town, he has been gunning to take over Sonny’s docks. Is he the one behind the explosions? We can reveal that Sonny is hellbent on revenge in the coming days, but has his empire already been weakened?
