General Hospital spoilers are in for Wednesday, June 18, 2025. Fans can expect Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) to make a huge decision.
Meanwhile, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will lash out at her mom, while Ava Jerome (Maura West) gets her flirt on!

Drew Cain’s Proposal
Fans know that everyone is trying to get Willow away from Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). The nurse just lost custody of her children in court. (Make sure to check out our next week GH spoilers, here!)
Michael now gets to determine when and for how long Willow sees her children, or if she sees them at all. Drew has an idea that he can fix this and get Willow’s children back.
The congressman’s bright idea is to marry Willow. In a preview clip for the next episode, Drew tells a conflicted Willow that it will give them a fighting chance. It sounds like Willow has quite the dilemma in front of her.
Michael Corinthos vs Sasha Gilmore Corbin
Over with Sasha, she has asked Michael to let her raise the baby alone. At first, Sasha planned to move back to the Hamptons and raise her child there.
At the time, Michael didn’t object. However, now that the baby is here, Michael is having a hard time letting go. On the heels of winning custody of Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Morko Mack), he has a confrontation about the baby.
In a preview clip, Michael challenges Sasha about cutting him out of his daughter’s life. How will she respond?
Portia Robinson Rebuffed
General Hospital spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveals that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) wants her marriage back the way it was. However, when Portia tries to smooth things over, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) rebuffs his wife.
Then, in a preview clip, Curtis tells Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) that it might be too late for Portia and me. While Jordan and Curtis are exes, she certainly doesn’t want the end of their marriage.
Elsewhere, Trina lashes out at Portia about, “hating that man so much.” Clearly, she’s talking about Drew, so what has her mom told her that has Trina spiralling?
Isaiah Gannon’s Warning
Over at the hospital, General Hospital spoilers reveal that Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) will get very protective of the people he cares about.
Isaiah confronts Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) to issue a warning. In a preview clip, the doctor tells the lawyer, “You mess with her, you mess with me!”
Is Isaiah referring to Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst)? Is he ‘protecting’ the nurse now that his best friend, Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) is no longer in town?
