General Hospital’s Brad Has Left the Building — But Not Before Leaving Behind a Potential Bombshell!

It looks like that’s it for Brad and Parry Shen’s latest run on General Hospital. We had a feeling it would come to this as Lucas seems to be happily moving on from his ex with Marco and spoilers this week had Brad making a life-changing decision. In the end, though, it seems to have come down to Portia overplaying her hand with the sometime lab tech.

She tried framing him for Drew’s drugging and Brad just was not having it. Neither was Shen, in this hilarious spit take below!

But that’s only part of it, because we’re guessing it’s hard to turn down half a million dollars. (Or was it a full million?) We guess that was enough to not just convince Brad to sell her out to Drew, but to start a new life somewhere with a lot less drama than Port Charles! He showed up on today’s episode with a swanky new suit, told Lucas and Liz he was out of there and headed into HR to turn in his resignation.

But he didn’t head out without leaving behind what, we’re guessing, is a ticking time bomb. He gave something to Drew before walking away into the sunset, and we’re guessing it’s about to blow up Portia’s life. Because Drew has declared that he’s going to destroy Portia (you know, one of the women responsible for drugging him and trying to frame him as cheating on Willow) and a whole lot of others at the same time.

He’s thinking strategically about what to do with the info Brad handed. And Brad? He’s thinking of sipping cocktails on a tropical beach, we’d guess.

So, farewell, Brad. You may not have always made the best decisions, but you always kept us entertained. And honestly, we can’t blame you for wanting to get out of Dodge before whatever Drew’s scheming comes to fruition. We’ve got a feeling it’s going to get even uglier than it has been, and the hospital may end up being ground zero for his revenge.
