Alexia Umansky is in her “happy” place.
Months after moving out of her parents’ Encino home, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter shared another update on her living situation with Jake Zingerman. Alexia began by posting a sweet Instagram video of her longtime beau relaxing on the couch with their adorable kitten. The clip was soundracked by Oliva Dean's "Dive" and provided a quick look at the couple's homey living room and dining area.

Alexia — daughter of RHOBH’s Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky — then took some time to answer a few fan-submitted questions, including one that asked: “Was it hard moving out of your family home?”
The real estate agent admitted it wasn’t easy but had zero regrets over the move.
“I am soo happy in my new home,” she responded on July 3 before revealing how often she returned to her parents’ Encino estate. “I go back to home-base on an almost weekly basis.”

Fans got a peek at Alexia and Jake’s new pad back in January, when the former posted a photo of their “cozy” living room.
Years before the big move, Alexia confirmed she returned to her parents' home after graduating college in 2018 and was in “no rush” to leave.
“I love my house and my family and my room,” she said in a 2021 Instagram Story. “In an ideal world, I’d like to save up for something that’s really special.”
Well, it seems she found exactly what she was looking for. Over the past several months, Alexia has provided regular looks inside her and Jake’s abode, which goes heavy on the quirky yet chic mid-century vibes.
Alexia Umansky has known her boyfriend since elementary school
The RHOBH daughter shed more light on her relationship after a fan asked how she and Jake met.
“We‘ve gone to school together since Elementary School through college,” she wrote. “We were best friends the whole time. We got especially close in 10th grade when we turned 16, got cars, and were able to drive around town. Every day was a fun adventure.”
Alexia then shared an amusing detail about her and Jake’s early relationship and how they successfully skirted her parents’ sleepover rules.
“I used to make him sleep in his car outside my house because boys weren’t allowed to sleep over,” she admitted with crying laughing emojis. “And we hung out every day from morning till night.”
Kyle Richards is convinced Alexia and Jake will get engaged
Kyle also spoke about Alexia’s relationship during a June 4 Amazon Live stream, confirming her second-oldest daughter was not engaged — at least not yet.
“She’s not [getting engaged] yet but I do think that’s going to happen. I really do,” Kyle said. “They’ve been dating for four years, almost five years now. They are a very, very, very cute couple and they’re great together. And we just love him so much.”
Alexia and Jake spend 4th of July with Kyle in Aspen
Days after the homelife update, Alexia and Jake headed to Aspen for a Fourth of July getaway. The two documented the trip on their respective Instagrams where they posted a video of their bike ride with Kyle, as well as photos of their lunch at Hickory Rib House, their sharp yet cozy date night looks, and the Aspen Fourth of July Parade.
