GH BOMBSHELL: Tracy Goes Full Savage, Drew Issues Vicious Ultimatum, & Sonny Strikes Back!

General Hospital recaps for Tuesday, July 15 reveal Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) blackmails Nina Reeves, (Cynthia Watros), Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) tries to escape, and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) makes threats.

Also, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) gets the upper hand, Willow Tait (Katelyn McMullen) gets bad news and Nina seeks out Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson).

Tracy Makes A Proposal

Nina and Tracy enjoy afternoon tea at the Quartermaine mansion- Tracy needs it to manage everyone in her home, and Nina questions why they are meeting since they aren’t really friends.

Tracy has a proposal-she despises Sonny, which Nina is already aware of-then Tracy informs Nina that she discovered Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is her great grandson and has a connection with Sonny. She fears that this bond will grow stronger, putting him in danger. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)

Nina disagrees with her, telling her that Sonny loves his family. Tracy aims to remove Sonny from Port Charles for good, seeking Nina’s assistance to encourage the residents of PC to vote yes on Measure C.

Tracy And Nina Continue To Argue

Nina shakes her head; she acknowledges that Sonny has his flaws but still considers him a good man; Tracy shouts he is not-does she even know what he does for a living?

Nina fears that someone worse might take over but Tracy is only focused on Gio-Nina gets it. Tracy suddenly claims that Sonny killed Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) son AJ Quartermaine (Sean Kanan) and insists she won’t let him be responsible for Gio’s death.

She mentions Morgan Corinthos’s (Bryan Craig) name and presumes Nina would want to protect her grandchildren; Nina replies that she no longer loves him, but she still cares.

She would need a reason to help, like Tracy assisting Willow in getting her children back; Tracy believes she has misunderstood the situation.

Tracy Blackmails Nina

She doesn’t want to be blackmailed and reveals her trump card. If Nina refuses to help her, she will inform Willow that Nina had an affair with Drew behind her back.

Tracy clarifies how she learned this information-Nina attempts to challenge it, but Tracy is aware that Willow would never talk to her again if she learned the truth.

Nina clarifies that Drew and Willow were not officially a couple when it happened-Tracy inquires about her next steps. Nina reveals that she has been aware of this for months and chose not to use it against Sonny.

Tracy believes it would be more persuasive if Nina framed the story as leaving the marriage due to Sonny’s dangerous nature-she finally consents but walks out angry.

Willow Confronts Sasha And Michael At The Hospital

At GH, Willow sees Sasha and Michael with the baby and inquires about the children. Michael mentions that Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) is upset and confused because of her, but Amelia Corinthos (Serenity and Sequoia Mork-Macko) is doing well.

Willow asks Sasha how long it will be before Michael turns against her to protect Daisy- Michael tells Willow to step away, and she’s making the situation worse.

He confronts her and accuses her of trying to manipulate him, which only caused their son to cry; Willow refutes this, and Michael reveals that he has reached out to the court.

The visitation hearing has been moved to October, and Willow panics; Michael advises her to leave Drew during that period, but she refuses-they are getting married.

Willow Pleads With Sasha And Michael

Willow inquires how Sasha can bear to witness this happening to her; Sasha isn’t quite certain about what she expects.

Willow mentions that her children need her, but Michael contests that notion; not in her present condition. They depart with the baby, and following the examination, Sasha weeps that remaining in PC is far too perilous.

Michael feels a deep sorrow, yet he understands that she is making the correct choice. They both experience a surge of emotions, and she promises to look after Daisy well; Michael will truly miss both of them.

Lucas Worries About Marco

In a room at Metro Court, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) expresses his frustration over Marco’s disappearance, suspecting that Sonny might be involved.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is skeptical about this theory, reminding Lucas that she advised Sonny against using violence. Determined, Lucas sets out to find his boyfriend; meanwhile, Marco is trapped in the room, banging on the door as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and a henchman stand outside, visibly irritated.

Marco warns them that his father will seek revenge once he learns what’s happening-he pleads for them to release him, emphasizing that today is his mother’s memorial. Jason instructs his accomplice to keep Marco confined.

Sonny And Sidwell Face Off, As Sonny Gets The Upper Hand

At the church, Sonny and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) discuss Marco-Sonny believes he should be focused on getting him home safely. Sidwell claims he didn’t set his bar on fire and accuses Selena Wu (Lydia Look). Sonny’s skeptical and thinks Sidwell is to blame for rejecting his offer to buy his property-Sidwell denies it, but Sonny knows the truth and considers Marco fair game.

“It’s because of you,” Sonny murmurs-in the meantime, Lucas arrives and sees Jason at the door, not allowing him to enter since Sonny and Sidwell are present. Lucas questions what he did with Marco. Is he going to die, or is he already dead- he insists this isn’t right, but Jason supports Sonny.

Lucas Continues Begging For Marco’s Life

Lucas wonders what will happen if Sidwell targets Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola), Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears), or Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn)?

Inside, Sidwell reminds Sonny that his son saved Kristina Corinthos-Davis’s (Kate Mansi) life; Sonny wants him to resolve this political issue and stay out of his way.

Sidwell mentions Sonny alienated everyone and there’s nothing he can do about it-Sonny appreciates Marco but warns Sidwell that he will never see him again if he doesn’t sort this out.

Sonny requests him to withdraw funding from Measure C and Ezra Boyle’s (Daniel Cosgrove) mayoral campaign, and also wants him to halt the media attacks against him. Then Sonny exits the room, looking vacant.

Marco Tries To Escape

In the room where he is being held, Marco comes up with a plan and pretends to have diabetes, claiming he needs food.

The goon puts on a mask and grabs his gun before entering the room with a snack-Marco strikes him with a chair and attempts to escape.

Meanwhile, at the church, Lucas threatens to inform the police about his arrangement with Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) or go to Drew Cain if Marco is not alive.

Sonny tells him to take whatever action he feels is necessary. As Lucas goes inside, Sonny and Jason believe they have Marco under control.

Sidwell Asks Lucas To Save Marco As Carly Calls Sonny

Inside, Sidwell implores Lucas to rescue his son-Lucas said he tried and urges him to give Sonny anything he desires. Sidwell fears that this might be perceived as a sign of weakness, potentially jeopardizing his chances of getting his son back.

Lucas remains indifferent-he insists that Sidwell should proceed; he should never have ignited the fire at Charlie’s, fully aware it would put Marco in danger.

Jenz holds Sonny responsible for Natalia’s demise. Meanwhile, Carly leaves a voicemail for Sonny, urging him to return her call as soon as possible.

Drew Makes Threats

Drew shows up, and as Carly attempts to dismiss him, he declares this is the final opportunity to protect her grandchildren-she believes the kids are safe with Michael.

Drew says Willow was desperate, wanting to see her son at the pool-he blames Michael for the situation. He insists that Carly must assist him with Willow, or he will make threats that things will “get ugly;” Carly stands her ground and refuses.

Willow has shown that her loyalty lies solely with him, not her children, so she won’t compel her son to relent- Drew accuses her of being either a fool or a hypocrite.

Carly argues that Willow allows him to do her thinking for her, but Drew rejects this notion-he is determined to take action if he doesn’t get his way.

Nina And Sasha Catch Up, Michael Catches Up With Tracy, Drew Plots

Nina spots Sasha at the Q residence just as she is about to leave, and Sasha informs her that both she and Daisy are heading out of town.

Meanwhile, inside, Tracy confides in Michael that she is taking measures to protect their family from Sonny. “I’m doing the same,” he replies, disclosing that he plans to send Daisy away for her safety; he’s on the verge of losing his daughter.

Drew encounters Willow at work, visibly upset. She explains Michael’s actions, and although he is taken aback, he reassures her that they will soon take the kids away from Michael permanently-they share a hug.
