GH May 16 Spoilers: Ava Plots, Gio Snaps, Lulu Digs Deep & Nina Spirals as Sonny Sounds the Alarm!

General Hospital spoilers are in for Friday, May 16, 2025! In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) to express his rage.

Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) goes on the hunt. Plus, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) warns Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) about collateral damage.

Gio Palmieri’s Rage

In the next episode, fans can expect Gio to be furious and fed up. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is still blaming Gio for Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) alcohol poisoning.

Gio assumed what a lot of people would: That Rocco just needed to sleep it off. There is no way that Gio could have known that it was that serious, and even so, he’s still not responsible for the drinking in the first place.

Moving forward, Gio will rattle Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Gio vents to her about how “he” has no use for me and I’m good with that. Obviously, Gio is referring to Dante.

Lulu Spencer’s Investigation

Over with Lulu, she will continue to strategize with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). Cody surprised me by agreeing to help expose BLQ’s secret to Dante.

Of course, when Cody explained he was lied to his entire life, then his response makes sense. In a preview clip for tomorrow’s episode, Lulu tells Cody that Gio’s mother is the key.

Ava Jerome’s Advice

General Hospital spoilers reveal that over at the hospital, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will try to give Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) some advice.

Portia failed to cover well enough with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and now he’s suspicious. Ava knows what is going on with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), so she will urge the good doctor to use another tactic.

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will make a big ask of Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Nina will also tell Curtis that this is going to end in disaster.

Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) seeks out Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen). Sonny will want a peaceful resolution, so he might be Willow’s best bet.

Speaking of Sonny, he tells Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) that handling things herself is a big mistake.

Also, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) will try to reassure Brook Lynn. Of course, BLQ doesn’t realize that Tracy just asked Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to find her great-grandson.

Later, Drew warns Tracy about collateral damage.
