On the current season of Real Housewives of Orange County, Gina has suggested that Travis’ mysterious legal battle somehow played a part in her decision to live separate from him. Many castmates were confused by the move, and they wondered if Gina and Travis would stay together.

In the past, both Travis and his ex seemingly made shocking accusations against the other amid their divorce and custody issues. At one point in the season, it was suggested that someone spread a rumor that Gina pushed Travis down the stairs. Then Tamra Judge claimed Shannon Beador – who reconciled her friendship with Gina this season – once considered potentially bringing it up on camera.

“I have it confirmed that the court order for #ginakirschenheiter to not post Travis’s children still stands,” wrote fan account @bravo_boo.

The influencer shared a screenshot of Gina’s recent ‘Brady Bunch’ Instagram post – which included individual photos of the blended family.

The account then shared an excerpt from the alleged court order: “Photographs of the minor children shall not be posted on FATHER’s significant other’s (Gina Kirschenheiter) social media unless the social media account is only accessible to close friends and family.”

The influencer then declared, “[Here are] court papers ordering Gina NOT to post ANY photos of Travis’s children on social media. Yet she post[s] them daily.”

Gina soon clapped back: “@bravo_boo [You] post things you think you know and don’t even understand. You are part of the problem. If I was court ordered I clearly wouldn’t be posting my family. Respectfully, please stop.”

According to the fan account, the information was sent by the “mother who is not a public figure [and] is concerned about her children being posted [publicly].”

The account accused Gina of being a “master manipulator,” and they claimed the star “removed the post” after Bravo Boo pointed to the court documents.

Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County recently finished airing.
