We’re not even halfway through Season 9 of The Real Housewives of Potomac, and Gizelle Bryant is already fantasizing about a Robyn Dixon return. According to Gizelle, the rest of the ladies of RHOP would be excited to see the Green-Eyed Bandits reunite, but are the fans ready for that? And is that even an accurate claim?
After Season 8 of RHOP wrapped, Robyn broke the news that Bravo fired her from the show. Unlike other castmates who claimed to have left on their own accord, Robyn minced no words about her exit from the series. She got the boot, leaving Gizelle to go into Season 9 alone.
So far, Gizelle has done a great job of riding solo. Without Robyn in the picture, Gizelle was able to quickly squash her beef with Dr. Wendy Osefo. Still, she told Decider that she was ready to have her “bestie” back in the mix.
Gizelle said, “I want Robyn to return! I’m starting a campaign. Bring Robyn back!”
Although Robyn caught hell for keeping her marital issues away from the RHOP cameras, Gizelle said the rest of the ladies were also interested in seeing her return. Sometimes, a little time away from the cameras can do wonders for a Real Housewife.
“Truth be told, Karen [Huger] really missed Robyn. Ashley [Darby] really missed Robyn. The ladies would love to have Robyn back,” Gizelle explained.
It’s one thing to hear that Ashley misses Robyn. Karen missing Robyn is a shocker considering how she dragged her all throughout Season 8. Perhaps absence makes the heart grow fonder.
New episodes of The Real Housewives of Potomac continue on Bravo Sunday nights at 8/7c.
