Season 19 of The Real Housewives of Orange County promises to be juicy and drama-filled. Just the way we like it! Gretchen Rossi is back as a friend of the cast after a 12-year absence from the show. She now has a daughter and still has Slade Smiley. And, just like old times, Gretchen is feuding with her RHOC co-star, Tamra Judge.
Gretchen Rossi is excited to be back on RHOC
The Season 19 trailer highlights Gretchen and Tamra’s ongoing feud. Reportedly, the duo was involved in a shouting match in New Orleans. This led Tamra to share via her Instagram Stories that she was handing back her orange. Obviously, that didn’t happen.
Plus, Gretchen has characterized this season of RHOC as “spicy.” I like it! In a video clip of Gretchen’s photoshoot shared by @BravoTV on X, she answered some questions while happily posing in a shiny silver gown.
“I’m back!” Gretchen exclaimed. “I’m excited to be back in the mix with all the ladies. I love the girls,” the RHOC star said. “I’m having so much fun, and I can’t wait for the season to air.”
So, what has Gretchen been doing for the past 12 years? “Since you guys last saw me, I have a baby girl, Skylar Gray [Smiley]. Well, she’s not a baby anymore,” Gretchen said. “She’s five and a half. We’re just busy with work and being parents.”
As for who Gretchen has been in touch with from RHOC? “I actually have had friendships with Heather [Dubrow] and Emily [Simpson] over the last several years,” she explained. “And then I’ve gotten really close with Jen [Pedranti] and Katie [Ginella].”
Then Gretchen revealed what viewers can expect from her during Season 19. “Fans can expect fun, they can expect some fashion, and I’m not afraid of a good fight,” Gretchen said with a wink. Noted!
The Real Housewives of Orange County premieres Thursday, July 10 at 9 p.m. on Bravo and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
