Gretchen Rossi is returning to Real Housewives of Orange County for Season 19. According to Gretchen, this season will be “spicy,” which makes our entertainment-loving hearts soar.
Gretchen has experienced all kinds of real-life storylines since we last saw her presence on Bravo. Still engaged to Slade Smiley, these two are raising a little girl named Skylar Gray Smiley. When Gretchen and Slade are not in the trenches of parenting, their hands are full, tackling many side hustles and investments alongside various appearances on television, including Bravo.
As for her latest showing on RHOC Season 19, her return to filming has created many headlines. So naturally, Reality Tea reached out to Gretchen, asking the needed questions for the fans of this messy series. Our questions covered everything from Tamra Judge to their eventual wedding plans. In response, here is everything Gretchen spilled.
Gretchen Rossi has been busy creating content and raising her daughter since we last saw her on Bravo

Gretchen was a full-time cast member on RHOC during Seasons 4 through 8. Fans were next supposed to see Gretchen on Season 4 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. But, after this season created toxic headlines and threats of lawsuits, Bravo decided to indefinitely sit on their footage. As a result, this season might never air.
Nevertheless, Gretchen has been booked and busy since we last saw her face on our screens.
Her daughter Skylar was born on July 10, 2019. “I was already 38 at the time. The doctors considered me geriatric,” Gretchen quipped, stressing, “Being a mom has been my #1 focus” in life.
Gretchen also runs “a small digital marketing agency and social media company.” Here, she creates “content for brands like Target, Walmart, and AtHome.” Gretchen also shares her “favorite Amazon fashion finds and creates fun cooking and design segments with my daughter, Skylar Gray. We also dabble in doing some residential real estate flips as we find the right opportunities,” Gretchen noted, making me feel exhausted by her (apparently) never-ending energy.
Will Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley walk the aisle anytime soon?
In 2013, Gretchen infamously proposed to Slade during Season 8 of RHOC. Gretchen and Slade have yet to walk the aisle, but they do have solid reasons why.
“We had a date years ago to be married, but then Slade got booked for a History Channel Mini-series that filmed in Mexico for a month, so we postponed. After that, we decided to focus on having a baby and put our resources towards IVF versus spending it on a wedding since I was already 38 at the time, and the doctors considered me geriatric,” Gretchen explained. “IVF ended up being a 4-year journey for us [until] finally, God blessed us with Skylar Gray Smiley in July 2019. Since then, we have been trying to keep up with life, family, work, and friends,” Gretchen added.
So, will Gretchen and Slade walk the aisle soon, now that Skylar is here? According to Gretchen, she and Slade “talk about getting our wedding back on the books all the time,” and “this would be a great season for us to really look at doing that. I think Sky would love being the flower girl,” Gretchen expressed.
Gretchen Rossi teases her return to RHOC Season 19 as rumors swirl involving Tamra Judge

RHOC Season 19 is currently filming. However, headlines have already arisen while the cameras are up, claiming that Tamra and Gretchen might be at odds this season in Orange County. According to a source, “Tamra quit in the middle of the New Orleans trip with the girls.” Her exit allegedly happened after Tamra filmed “an emotional scene that turned into a heated discussion and a shouting match with Gretchen and Shannon [Beador].”
Regarding this narrative, Gretchen explained there is “Nothing I can really tease here, there is way too much” to say. However, Gretchen does acknowledge that “everyone has [likely] seen a bit of the recent media surrounding the production of the show,” but “all I can say is it’s going to be spicy and one for the books. It’s an epic must-watch season.” Laughing, Gretchen joked, “What I can say to the people is they should set up that weekly popcorn subscription with Amazon or Walmart.”
Digging for more intel, Gretchen revealed that “relationships can change daily with this group, but I am happy to say I have years-long relationships with almost everyone, so be prepared to watch history and fresh new situations collide.”
Gretchen Rossi recently partnered with RingMyBell and global fashion photographer Jim Jordan

When Gretchen is not filming for Season 19 or working on content creation, she is likely off supporting her latest investment in a female-owned mobile beauty business called RingMyBelle. Before we spill this tea, let me state that RingMyBelle is an exceptional service. I wrote about this brilliant organization in 2024 after they sent a talented hair and makeup artist to my home to help celebrate my birthday. I looked like an awake human afterward, which, yay!
Now, Gretchen is jumping in as an investor, which she spoke with us more about, stating, “When my investor-partners are people like my dear friends Cynthia Bailey and Brande Roderick, it’s a no-brainer for me. It’s an amazing group of very successful entrepreneurial women, and I am so excited and honored to be part of it.”
What Gretchen likes most about RingMyBelle is that she “can book an appointment through the app and receive all the services right at home, whether through a blow-out, an updo, makeup, or a spray tan. There is even a facelift, hair, and makeup package that we do, [plus] Bridal makeup and more, all delivered right to your front door. RingMyBelle is truly beauty-delivered,” Gretchen expressed.
World-renowned fashion photographer Jim Jordan, repped by White Cross Management, also works with RingMyBelle. His images of Gretchen from their latest shoot are stunning. Gretchen knew a solid investment when she saw it, as did Jim. As for the rest of our questions, bring on RHOC Season 19, where our answers will hopefully air.
In the meantime, check out RingMyBelle’s website to see everything they offer.
