Hailee Steinfeld Has Message For Josh Allen Critics After MVP Win

On Thursday night, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen won the MVP award at the NFL Honors ceremony. During his acceptance speech, he had a heartfelt message for his fiancée, Hailee Steinfeld.

Allen and Steinfeld started seeing each other in 2023. For the most part, they've been very good at keeping their private life out of the public eye. This past November, however, they announced their engagement on Instagram. The MVP quarterback later revealed that he was nervous leading up to the proposal.

Fast forward to this week, and Allen had no trouble delivering a beautiful message to his partner in front of so many people.

"You’ve been my rock, you are my best friend," Allen told Steinfeld. "I would not be standing on this stage if it weren’t for you."

On Saturday night, Steinfeld shared a photo of Allen holding his MVP award. Her caption seemed like a message to every critic in the NFL world.

"That’s MVP Josh Allen to you," Steinfeld wrote.

Steinfeld's post has already received over 50,000 likes in just a few minutes. Allen left this cute comment on her post: "I love you."

There has been plenty of debate on social media about whether or not Allen is deserving of the MVP award. Some people genuinely believe Lamar Jackson was snubbed.

While there's no question Jackson had a strong case for MVP, it's hard to argue against Allen. He was Superman for the Bills throughout the 2024 season. And although they fell short in the AFC Championship Game, there's no question he's the main reason they even got to that stage.

Allen will be a contender for MVP once again next season. Of course, he's more focused on winning the Lombardi Trophy.
