And the couple just got married, as they tied the knot in a special ceremony with just the two of them in the Italian countryside.
Now, they are enjoying a romantic honeymoon after their extremely intimate wedding.
Hannah Ann took to Instagram to share photos from Tuscany and revealed they will also be traveling to Switzerland together on their vacation.
Alongside the pics, Hannah Ann wrote, “Mr. & Mrs.! 🍯🌙✨”
In the photos, Hannah Ann and Jake are seen showing off their new rings, enjoying a luxurious pool, making homemade pasta, and packing on the PDA.
The Bachelor Nation star also took to her Instagram Stories to share photos from a candlelit dinner for their last night in Tuscany.
