Harry Hamlin looked back on the moments that followed Kathy Hilton‘s meltdown in Aspen while appearing on Watch What Happens Live alongside Kyle Richards on Tuesday.
As he also reflected on his time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, revealed who Lisa Rinna, 61, complained about the most, and reacted to Kyle, 56, and Dorit Kemsley‘s separations, Harry, 73, admitted to being thankful to Garcelle Beauvais, 58, shared his thoughts on his wife’s many wigs, and confirmed she “told [him] everything” about Kathy’s outburst.
“You should’ve seen when Lisa walked in — they flew back from Aspen — she walked in and she was white as a sheet. I had never seen somebody so messed up by what she had encountered in Aspen. So it was pretty intense,” Harry admitted on the February 4 episode of WWHL. “It was very, very intense.”
“I miss all [the] drama. It’s been so long,” he continued as Kyle discussed the recent happenings of RHOBH.
According to Harry, his favorite moment to film was the lunch he hosted at his and Lisa’s home.
“I still go back to the lunch, when I served the bolognese at the house. It was a really fun lunch, I think Kathy got COVID at the lunch. It was a drama-filled afternoon,” he recalled.
As for the controversy surrounding Crystal Kung-Minkoff‘s “ugly leather pants,” Harry admitted that while the feud between Crystal, 42, and Sutton Stracke, 53, was “a big thing that day,” he did not notice the pants in question.
“I don’t notice most of the stuff you guys notice on the show,” he admitted.
While Lisa was certainly involved in her fair share of drama with the cast, Harry confirmed she was “not a complainer.”
“Lisa doesn’t complain about anybody. She actually really loved everybody on the show,” he insisted. He then added, “There was one person who had a bunch of trolls. We don’t need to go into detail about that, but there was one person who trolled a little bit too much.”
When Harry was then asked which split was more surprising, between that of Kyle and Mauricio Umansky, 54, or Dorit, 48, and Paul “PK” Kemsley, 57, he confessed to being in the dark about the relationships.
“I have not been in touch with either of them, and I just actually found out about this minutes ago, so I was unaware of a lot of it,” he revealed. “Since Lisa’s not on the show anymore, we have other things to do.”
One thing Lisa has been doing plenty of is wearing wigs.
“I’ve seen some of the stuff, she was just in Paris for Fashion Week. Are you kidding me? It’s a different wife every night. Who can complain?” Harry asked in response.
Also on the live broadcast, after confirming he has the numbers of Don Lemon, 58, Cindy Crawford, 58, and Jane Fonda, 87, in his phone, Harry thanked Garcelle for the spotlight she put on his sauce when she failed to thank him for a jar he gifted her.
“I sent some flowers to thank her. The whole ‘thank you’ thing, by the way, is why the sauce is so famous right now. And we’re coming out with vodka sauce that’s coming out next week,” he shared.
Later, on the WWHL: After Show, Harry confirmed a cameo on Interview With A Vampire was possible due to its parallels with Mayfair Witches, in which he has a starring role.
“I haven’t been in talks, but there was a little crossover a couple of weeks ago on Mayfair Witches from Interview With a Vampire, so my guess is that next time, next season, we’ll do a little crossover — just a guess, but I wouldn’t be surprised at all,” he revealed.
