Heather left viewers salivating for what’s to come in the RHOSLC Season 5 reunion, kicking off Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
Heather confirmed she was in “a great place with everybody” afterward, providing a little glimpse into what fans can expect from the reunion.
“I wasn’t the one under the gun for [the] reunion,” Heather told Below Deck alum Kate Chastain. “But Lisa [Barlow] showed up with a lot of receipts … so much proof.”
However, not everyone had as good of an experience, Heather revealed.
“It was a great reunion,” Heather contended. “We all went out to dinner afterward, except for Bronwyn [Newport]; Bronwyn wasn’t there.”
When one audience member mentioned the group’s treatment of Bronwyn, Heather pulled an age-old Bravo move by sipping on her cocktail in response.
The Bravo Bravo F’ing Bravo episode was filmed on the eve of the RHOSLC Season 5 finale, though Heather said she didn’t know what to expect in the upcoming episode.
“I don’t know if it’s gonna be good because I have not yet seen it,” Heather confessed. “I lived it … we don’t really know how it all fleshes out. I lived it, and I thought it was ridiculously crazy and huge, but I have to watch it live with you guys, or I watch it on Peacock the next day with full ads.”
She said that when she has to miss the show when it airs in real-time, she’ll usually find out what's going on via social media.
“I’ll get hashtag Fire Heather Gay, and I’m like, ‘I don’t even know why!” the Housewife joked.
When asked whether the Salt Lake ’Wives had a group chat among them, Heather said one existed for “the core four,” which includes herself, Lisa, Meredith Marks, and Whitney Rose. Then, there were “other group chats” that happened separately.
However, according to Heather, the core group chat has “been dead for quite a while.”
“Not a lot of activity on that chat for a while, now that you mention it,” she continued.
Missing from the core communication hub was RHOSLC original Mary Cosby, as well as Bronwyn, Angie Katsanevas, and series friends Britani Bateman and Meili Workman.
Don’t miss The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 5 finale, airing Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 8/7c, and the reunion one week later on Bravo and Peacock.
