Former Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan has revealed that she wants to take part in BBC show Strictly Come Dancing but she's not sure how good she would be
Helen Flanagan wants to sign up for Strictly Come Dancing.
The ex-Coronation Street star, aged 34, is keen to strut her stuff on the renowned dance show, although she admits there's a hitch.
At the WhichBingo Awards, Helen shared: "I'd absolutely love to do Strictly. I'm really girly and I love glamming up and all the outfits."
She added with a hint of self-deprecation: "I don't know how good I would be as a dancer though. I did acting, singing and dancing when I was younger and I was good at acting but I wasn't the best dancer or singer."
Speculation is rife that Queen Camilla's son Tom Parker Bowles, reality TV personality Ashley Cain, Big Brother alum Yinrun Huang, Loose Women panelist Stacey Solomon, and comedian Miranda Hart might all compete in the 2025 series later this year, reports the Manchester Evening News.

But it's not just the glittering Strictly ballroom that Helen has her sights set on; she's also contemplating entering the most notorious residence in the UK, following in the footsteps of her former Corrie colleagues Jack P Shepherd and Colson Smith.
Helen divulged: "I would also like to do Celebrity Big Brother. I'm very social and I trust myself with things like that."
Having previously appeared on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! and Celebs Go Dating in recent years, Helen is gearing up for a new chapter and her return to acting.
Last year, Helen was slated to star in the Cluedo 2 theatre tour but had to pull out on medical advice.

Helen is eager to return to her acting career, with some exciting projects on the horizon.
She shared her enthusiasm, stating: "My passion is acting and I've got two really good projects next year which I'm excited about and I just want to focus on getting back into acting."
he further expressed a desire to explore new challenges: "I really want to do theatre and I'd love to do some dramas."

With aspirations for a fresh start, Helen is keen to reinvigorate her career: "There's loads of things I'd like to do but I feel like I want to start fresh again and go into theatre and go from there really."
Marking 25 years since gaining prominence as Rosie Webster on Coronation Street, Helen opened up about a possible return: "I get asked all the time if I'm going back to Coronation Street and I would love to go back."
