Liam is grappling with an inoperable brain tumor, yet he strives to keep Hope in the dark; he wants to keep as many close family and friends from the truth as possible. However, Hope is increasingly suspicious as Liam’s fabrications lack substance and he struggles to maintain his cover.

He has convinced her that he’s at Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John ‘Finn’ Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) due to plumbing problems at his own home, but it’s only a matter of time before this excuse unravels.

The situation could become even more dire if Hope unexpectedly finds Liam in a troubling scenario. The first time it was Steffy who found him unconscious and rushed him to medical aid.

Concerns have arisen regarding the possibility of Liam experiencing another seizure and collapsing, especially as his tumor continues to advance.
