The poor doofus will never see it coming.
Kyle is feeling really, really smart after the May 15 episode of The Young and the Restless. After Jack told him how brilliantly he got rid of the moles Victor planted at Jabot (an act that happened completely offscreen, so we’ll have to take Jack’s word for it), Kyle announced that he had an equally brilliant plan to pump Audra about her connection to Victor and their plan to take down the Abbotts.
Kyle was so confident that he advised Claire he’d be cozying up to Audra, but Claire shouldn’t worry, because Kyle has the whole thing under control. When has Kyle ever had anything under control? Claire should worry. But, more importantly, Kyle should worry, too. Here is why.
Tit for Tat for Tums
Kyle (Michael Mealor) figures all he has to do is turn on the charm, and Audra (Zuleyka Silver) will be putty in his hands—again. Remember their affair? Audra was crazy about him!
All Kyle has to do is give her the sliver of a hint that he’s considering getting back together with her, and she’ll be dying to spill everything about her and Victor’s (Eric Braeden) plan—and then Kyle will pull the rug out from under her! It’s foolproof!
Turn About
Except for the part where Audra will see this sucker coming from a mile away, and turn the tables on him. Instead of falling for Kyle’s charms, Audra will turn it all back on him. She’ll give Kyle the impression that she is just dying to tell him everything.
Audra would do anything for the man she loves. And Kyle, of course, loves her, right? Well, then, let’s seal the deal. In bed. And then Audra will tell him everything.
Party Favor
Audra will hit the sheets with Kyle, which is what she promised Victor (Eric Braeden) she’d do in exchange for his funding her new company. And then Victor will reveal the betrayal to Claire (Hayley Erin). Perhaps even at the party, Claire is planning to convince Victor to love Kyle as much as Claire does. So many birds will be killed with that one stone. And all because Kyle thinks he has the brains to outsmart…anybody. Much less Audra.
