Dolores Catania had no problem stating that she could be “wrong” while discussing how Teresa Giudice and Jennifer Aydin felt about Margaret Josephs’ Season 13 pre-reunion meeting on Peacock’s extended version of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 “Off the Rails” episode.
In the previously unseen moment, Dolores was speaking with Melissa Gorga, Margaret Josephs, Danielle Cabral, Rachel Fuda, and Jennifer Fessler about why she got so upset when the aforementioned meeting came up on the RHONJ Season 14 finale. After that, she made a clarification about “the other side,” aka Teresa and Jennifer.
“By the way, the other side doesn’t care about that meeting,” Dolores insisted. “Nobody brought it up, no one ever cared, no one thinks about that.”
Replied Melissa, “Well, they threw it in our face like crazy.”
Margaret and Rachel agreed, and the latter said of Teresa, “She talked about it like four times on the show.”
Dolores’ response? With a laugh, she stated, “I haven’t watched the show yet …”
From there, Melissa and Margaret doubled down on their assertion that Teresa and Jen do care about the pre-reunion meeting they had. Dolores, however, simply responded, “OK, maybe I’m wrong. I like not knowing. Ignorance is bliss!”

Are Dolores Catania and Teresa Giudice still friends?
Yes, Dolores has been friends with Teresa since they were in their early 20s and they remain close today. When it comes to Teresa’s drama with Margaret and Melissa, though, Dolores tries to stay neutral — something that often lands her in hot water, she admitted during Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on August 4.
“Are you kidding me? You have no idea,” Dolores said about the reaction she gets from her RHONJ castmates for playing Switzerland.
That doesn’t mean she’s going to change her ways, though.
“I try to keep the peace,” Dolores explained. “Playing both sides of the fence is turning on one behind their back. I do nothing behind anybody’s back. I want to keep the peace.”
Doing so helps her keep her own peace, she explained during a May appearance on Jeff Lewis Live. “[I can] sleep at night knowing I have never turned on anybody, and I’ve been a good friend to everyone.”
“So if they don’t like it, just tell me to my face, don’t stab me in my back, and speak to me about it,” she concluded. “And we can gracefully part as friends, and you can never talk to me again. And I’m OK with that.”
