Blast From The Past
Audra had to keep her cool when she met Holden (Nathan Owens). The two had to act like they didn’t know each other. On the Monday, February 24 episode, Audra confessed to Nate (Sean Dominic) about her history with the mysterious man. But she only told him that they went on a few dates.
In a recent interview with Soap Opera Digest, Silver admitted that Audra and Holden’s relationship was “much more intense.” Audra didn’t tell Nate the entire truth. As for Silver, she’s just learning the details as this story unfolds. Silver admitted that it was difficult for Audra to tell Nate the truth, even if it wasn’t the entire truth.
“That’s actually a lot for Audra, for her to even have these tough conversations. It might not be the whole truth, but it is a lot that she’s confessing for Audra!” Silver explained. “And she’s like, ‘Okay, that’s all he needs to know.'”
Not The Whole Truth
There’s a good reason as to why Audra didn’t tell Nate the whole truth. She didn’t want him to know the details of their relationship. It’s also possible that Audra still has feelings for Holden. “I think Audra wouldn’t see him as a threat to her new relationship if there wasn’t something [there], whether it’s her not necessarily trusting herself around him or whatever he is holding over her,” Silver explained.
This drama sounds intense, but there’s been nothing but laughter happening behind the scenes. Silver and Dominic enjoy seeing what the writers will come up with next regarding their characters’ relationships. It’s been keeping them on their toes. Silver had an idea that the couple would be headed for trouble. When two people are in a stable relationship, something is bound to happen.
In the rest of the interview, she teased Audra’s closeness to Holden. He knows her true character, so she doesn’t have to pretend. Silver teased, “She does have some sway over him because I think he also has unresolved feelings for her, you know?”
